Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E., Kanab, Utah; the Kanab City Council will hold a public hearing to Discuss the implementation of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance. A copy of the Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance is available for viewing at the Kanab City Offices located at 26 N 100 E Kanab UT. The Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance may include impact fees for public safety, recreation, water, wastewater, and/or storm water.

At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
