Kanab, Utah Ordinance

    WHEREAS, Kanab City is desirous of revising the Kanab City Impact Fees.

    WHEREAS, said revisions to the Impact Fees have been submitted to and reviewed by the City Council of Kanab, Utah, and found to be reasonable and acceptable.

    NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KANAB, UTAH AS FOLLOWS:  

        Impact fees for a residential permit.
        

        A.  Impact Fee for a 3/4 inch connection: $5849.34
            Storm Water                          319.34
            Parks & Recreation               1224.72
            Trails                                      164.80
            Streets                                   341.34
            Public Safety                            86.68
            Sewer                                  1702.00
    B.  Impact Fee for a 1 inch connection:  Water        $10398.82

         Impact Fee for 1 1/2" Meter                  23,397.34

         Impact Fee for 2" Meter                        41,595.26

         Impact Fee for 3" Meter                        93,589.34

         Impact Fee for 4" Meter                      166,381.04

         Impact Fee for 6" Meter                      374,357.34
            
    WHEREAS, said revision to the Impact Fees has been submitted to and reviewed by the City Council of Kanab, Utah, and found to be reasonable and acceptable.

    NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of Kanab, Utah, that the said Kanab City Impact Fees, shall be in effect until further resolution.  It shall be deemed, where consistent, a continuation of the prior policy.  All other resolutions, ordinances, and policies in conflict herewith, either in whole or in part are hereby repealed.
