Section 6-2 Time of Acceptance
Unless the Kanab City Council extends the time for acceptance of the dedicated public improvements, the dedication shall be accepted on action by the Kanab City Council, or at the expiration of one (1) year following the completion of the public improvements. In the event the Kanab City Council does not accept the dedicated public improvements, the subdivider shall be so advised in writing and of the reason for non-acceptance.
