Kanab City Building Inspector

Kanab City contracts with Sunrise Engineering for building inspections and plan reviews. Inspectors will be in Kanab to perform these services by appointment every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with special inspection requests considered given unique circumstances.

All applications must include two sets of plans.  Applications can be dropped off at the Kanab City Office located at 76 N. Main St, Kanab, UT 84741, Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.  Once the application is reviewed, any required fee must be paid at the same office (or over the phone at 435-644-2534) before a permit will be issued.
