Kanab City Justice Court

The jurisdiction of the Kanab City Justice Court is for class B & C misdemeanors, as well as infractions that occur within the city limits of Kanab. The Kanab City Justice Court also has jurisdiction to hear civil cases (small claims) with a monetary limit of $10,000. Jurisdiction is limited to persons eighteen years of age and older except in matters of traffic offenses when the defendant is sixteen years of age or older. 

Judge Gary Johnson currently presides over the Court.
