UPDATE ON POOL 8/3/2021
The part needed to make the temporary repair at the pool remains on backorder with no definite delivery date. A new pump has been ordered and will take 8-10 weeks to be delivered which is the reason for the temporary repair. We were hopeful the parts needed would be delivered in a timely manner so the pool could re-open without a major disruption. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case and the pool will remain closed for the 2021 season. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the closure has caused our patrons.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
- If you have a 10 punch or lap swim pass it will be carried over to the 2022 pool season.
- If you have a season individual pass, family pass, or senior pass you will be issued a refund in the amount based on time of purchase.
We will be reaching out to all of our season pass holders within the next two weeks to discuss refund amounts. Please be patient as this process will take time.
If you reserved the pool for a private party, we will be in contact with you to make arrangements for a full refund.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank all of our patrons for their patience and understanding.
If you have questions or concerns, please call the Kanab City Office @ (435)644-2534.
