The Drivers License Division is located at the rear of the Job Service building (468 East 300 South). They are open on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month with the *hours of operation from 9:30 a.m. - noon and 1 - 3:30 p.m. The local telephone number is 435-644-8920.
