After submitting this form the applicant will have an opportunity to pay the required deposit by mail, or hand deliver to the City Office. When the property is part of a recorded subdivision a plat amendment is required to be done. Plat Amendments require a public hearing is required and any property owner with in 300-feet of the property shall be notified.

All lot line adjustment, you must include an engineered Plat prepared by a licensed engineer. Check one of the following;
